Please refer the following steps:
1. Just e-mail us at chicacraft2u and list down the items and customize your order that you want us to make 4u purchase and wait for our reply.
2. We will e-mail you ASAP with a confirmation list and total amount to be paid. do check ur SPAM. Payment can be made by cash transfer to our Maybank account
3. You can select the options to have your parcel to be delivered by:
a) Post Express (small parcel) @ RM3.50
b) Post Express (medium parcel) @ RM4.50
c) Post Express (big parcel) @ RM6.50 or
d) Pos Laju (weight no more than 500 gm) @ RM6.50
4. Orders issued are valid for 3 working days. If there is no respond from you or payment have yet to be made, your reservation/orders will be cancelled.
5. Your orders will be sent 1 day after confirmation of payment (no parcel will be delivered on Saturday and Sunday)
6. Upon payment receipt, please e-mail us your shipping information as below:
a) Complete Delivery Address
b) Recipient name
c) Contact no
7. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage during delivery.
